Due date for proposed amendments
Attached is a copy of the current North Carolina Division Bylaws and Standing Rules which reflect amendments adopted at the 2009 NCD Annual Meeting.
Your chapter should begin considering any changes or amendments to the Division’s Bylaws that your chapter members recommend. These should be submitted in the form of a proposed amendment to the North Carolina Division Bylaws and Standing Rules Committee and must be received prior to February 1, 2010. A sample page is attached for your convenience.
If your Chapter needs assistance in preparing any amendment proposals, please let me know as soon as possible so that a member of the NCD Bylaws and Standing Rules Committee can be assigned to meet your needs.
